I am an experienced senior manager and established management consultant, with a track record of innovation and proven experience of the practical realities of working in the voluntary sector. I combine strategic vision with the management ability and facilitation skills to help organisations deliver effective outcomes that meet their objectives and secure the enthusiasm of stakeholders. With 25 years in the not-for-profit sector, I have sound experience of managing change, organisational problem solving, working with boards, monitoring and evaluation, regulation, user consultation, policy and project development, strategic and operational planning, fundraising, financial management and staff development. I have good technical skills in systems analysis and project management and a substantial publications list. I have served on Trustee boards throughout my career and enjoy developing effective partnerships with colleagues, staff and service users.
