2000 – 2008: UnLtd, the Foundation for Social Entrepreneurs. Founder Trustee involved in consortium to secure and now manage a £100 million endowment from the Millennium Commission to develop and support social entrepreneurs across the UK
2003 – 2004: Association of Charitable Foundations, representing and serving trusts and foundations across the UK
2004 – date: Dartington Hall Trust, engaging in a wide range of activities including arts, education, ecology, social research, property and land management, business development, commercial ventures and partnerships in the South-West, nationally and internationally
2007 – date: Devon & Cornwall Probation Trust, Board member

I have continued my professional development throughout my career, training in management development (Cranfield Management Centre), strategic planning (Henley Management Centre), impact assessment, financial management, quality systems and many other areas
